What happens after the free trial?
Choose an available monthly plan to keep accepting new bookings. After three months, you may request a review of your plan against your platform activity; any customised arrangement is subject to approval.
Does the patient need WhatsApp or another app?
No. Booking, payment, chat and the video consultation are accessed through DocPP TeleCare in a supported web browser.
Do I have to wait for platform payouts?
You can connect a supported payment gateway for your practice. Settlement timing and fees are governed by the selected payment provider and your merchant agreement.
Can I consult patients in other countries?
Your profile may be discovered internationally, but you remain responsible for professional registration, patient suitability and the rules that apply where you and the patient are located.
