What is the pharmacy responsible for?
Each pharmacy independently confirms medicine availability and remains responsible for lawful dispensing, alternatives, pricing, payment, collection, delivery and courier arrangements.
Does DocPP TeleCare charge patients a booking fee?
No. DocPP TeleCare does not add a patient booking fee. The patient pays the practitioner’s displayed consultation charge using an available secure payment method.
Is DocPP TeleCare an emergency service?
