How referral commission is calculated
The following illustration uses the current standard 10% partner rate and the recorded 2.99% PayHere fee. Your approved rate is shown in your partner dashboard.

If that subscription remains successfully paid for 12 eligible months, the illustrated total would be LKR 29,103.00 from that one tenant. This is an example, not a guaranteed earning; refunds, reversals, plan changes and your approved rate affect the final amount.

Once eligible previous-month commission reaches your configured threshold, Super Admin confirms your bank details and transfers the available amount.
The transferred amount, destination bank information, bank reference and receipt are securely recorded against your payout.

How much can a DocPP TeleCare referral partner earn?
The standard starting rate is currently 10% of the eligible subscription payment after the recorded payment-gateway fee. The Super Admin confirms the rate for each approved partner.
How long is commission paid for a referred doctor?
An approved partner can earn commission on up to 12 successfully paid subscription months for each attributed tenant, subject to the referral terms.
When are referral commissions paid?
Eligible commission from completed previous months is paid by manual bank transfer after the partner reaches the configured minimum payout threshold.
Do I need to provide bank details when applying?
No. Bank details are collected securely by the Super Admin only when an eligible payout is ready to be transferred.
